Victor of the FIPRESCI prize and Promising Future Award in the Un Certain Regard area at Cannes 2015, Masaan spins around four lives converging along the Ganges: a low standing kid miserably infatuated, a young lady ridden with blame of a sexual experience finishing in a catastrophe, a hapless father with a blurring ethical quality, and a vivacious kid longing for a family-as they attempt to get away from the ethical builds of residential community India.
Set against the perfect scene of Banaras, composed by Varun Grover and delivered by Drishyam Films, Phantom Films, Macassar Productions and Sikhya Entertainment Masaan is good to go for its India discharge on July 24.
