After unveiling a massive trailer, Varun Tej drops the theme music from the forthcoming space drama Antariksham 9000 Kmph.
Varun Tej dropped the theme music on his Twitter profile. He captioned it, “Listen to the Spirit of #Antariksham”
The spirit of Antariksham is composed by Prashanth R Vihari, Orchestral Arrangements are by B Prasanna and it is written by Kittu Vissapragada. The whole piece is incredibly powerful and soothing, especially the violin part, which is followed by chants. The video also comes with new visuals of the spaceship.
The first space thriller in Telugu cinema is about a malfunctioning satellite heading towards the earth and it needs to be fixed immediately to ensure the digital communication of the humans remains intact.
Varun Tej plays the space scientist sent to space to fix the issue while veteran actor Rahman plays his boss trying to control the situation at the base. Antariksham has two heroines – Lavanya Tripathi and Aditi Rao Hydari – in the star cast.
This is the second outing for director Sankalp Reddy in Tollywood, who shot to limelight with his debut flick The Ghazi Attack, which won the 65th National Film Awards under the Best Feature Film in Telugu category.
The film’s shooting is currently on and it is expected to hit the marquee on December 21 to cash in on the long Christmas weekend.
