Matt Damon Starrer ‘Stillwater’ Trailer Is Out

The first official trailer of Stillwater is out and superstar Matt Damon plays a roughneck from Oklahoma who travels to Marseilles to try to exonerate his daughter. The film also stars Abigail Breslin and Camille Cottin.

McCarthy co-wrote the Stillwater screenplay with Marcus Hinchey, Thomas Bidegain, and Noé Debré. The director is also a producer on the project along with Steve Golin, Jonathan King, and Liza Chasin.

The movie follows an American oil-rig roughneck from Oklahoma who travels to Marseille to visit his estranged daughter, in prison for a murder she claims she did not commit.

Confronted with language barriers, cultural differences, and a complicated legal system, Bill builds a new life for himself in France as he makes it his personal mission to exonerate his daughter.

The movie was originally scheduled for release last fall, but the pandemic caused the movie to be delayed until this summer. Focus Features has set Stillwater for theatrical release on July 30, 2021.

Aatma Music Presents, Haryanvi singer & youth sensation Renuka Panwar’s New Single ‘Rail Mein Dhakke Laage Se’

After the hugely popular Haryanvi song ’52 Gaj Ka Daman’, which has a whopping 765M views on YouTube, Haryana’s youth sensation Renuka Panwar is all set to woo the hearts of her fans with another sensational Haryanvi single ‘Rail Mein Dhakke Laage Se’. In this song, social media star Nisha Guragain, who has a staggering 4.5M followers on Instagram, has been featured alongside 20-year-old Renuka Panwar and Dharmendra Rana. The song was launched at a gala event in Mumbai on Friday.

Directed by popular Sahil Sandhu, the lyrics of the song have been penned by Rakesh Majarija. Composed by Aman Jaji, ‘Rail Mein Dhakke Laage Se’ has been produced by Aatma Music.

For all Haryanvi music fans, ‘Rail Mein Dhakke Laage Se’ is a peppy track and like always Renuka was seen gyrating to the beats of the dance song.

Speaking on the occasion, Waseem Quershi, director of Qureshi Productions and Aatma Music said, “We are elated to collaborate with Haryana’s youth sensation and talented singer Renuka Panwar. Every song of hers is a chartbuster. ‘Rail Mein Dhakke Laage Se’ is a peppy track and the way the song has been shot is also very different. I’m sure Renuka’s fans will have a great time listening and watching the song,” he said.

Renuka, too, sounded excited at the launch of her new single ‘Rail Mein Dhakke Laage Se’. “My fans have always supported me and loved my songs. This time, too, I have tried to present something unique. I hope they will appreciate my efforts,” said Haryana’s pride.

For Nisha Guragain, ‘Rail Mein Dhakke Laage Se’ is close to her heart and she had so much fun shooting the track. “The song has so many colours. Also, the way Renuka Panwar has sung the track adds more zing to it. I’m sure the single will be a rage among the listeners within no time,” said social media sensation Nisha.

Qureshi Productions is a name to reckon with in the entertainment industry. This Mumbai-based production house headed by Waseem Qureshi and Ayyub Qureshi, are industrialists with a background in pharma, education and infrastructure. Their film, Kutub Minar, starring Karanvir Bohra, Minisha Lamba, Tridha Choudhury, and Sanjay Mishra will hit the theatres soon. Qureshi Productions is also behind the hit MTV reality show ‘Mr & Miss 7 States’.

For Waseem Qureshi, Aatma Music will provide a solid platform to budding singers, music directors, and lyricists in the industry. Recently, they launched Toshi Shabri’s new single ‘Teri Rooh’ under Aatma Music.

Kangana Ranaut Lashes Out At Media And Industry For Bullying Sushant Singh Rajput

Actress Kangana Ranaut lashes out at media for bullying Sushant Singh Rajput who committed suicide on June 14 at his residence in Bandra, Mumbai. She cited a statement by the father of Sushant wherein he revealed that the late actor was under severe stress, prior to his death.

Kangana Ranaut took to her social media profile and dropped yet another dope video slamming the Bollywood Mafia and systematic bullying.

She captioned it, “Emotional, psychological, and mental lynching on an individual happens openly and we all are all guilty of watching it silently. Is blaming the system enough? Will there ever be change? Are we going to see a monumental shift in the narrative on how outsiders are treated?”

In the video, Kangana starts the video by quoting director Abhishek Kapoor who dubbed the tragic incident as “systematic dismantling of a fragile mind.” Kapoor had worked with Sushant Singh Rajput in the 2018 move ‘Kedarnath.’ The actress also quoted the late actor’s long -term partner Ankita Lokhande who stated that the suicide of Sushant was triggered by social humiliation.

Kangana Ranaut also stated that the movie mafia not only banned Sushant from his movies but also inflicted hard on his psyche. “Blind items are written to spread fake news but no legal action can be taken as your name is not mentioned. But the description (is obvious). If they have to write (a blind item) on me, then, they will describe me as an actress will curly hair, recipient of national awards, psychotic, and native of Manali without mentioning my name,” she emphasised.

She highlighted news reports that sought to tarnish the image of Sushant Singh Rajput. She mentioned articles and names of the portals which ran stories claiming that Sushant is a narcissistic, that he looks like a Truck driver; he assaulted a director or even raping his co-actor.

Earlier, the actress said that Sushant had expressed his grief, in several interviews, over not being accepted as a part of the film industry. She added that he was treated as a ‘leftover’ by the same lobby that was shedding crocodile tears after his tragic death.

Kangana also pointed out the lack of integrity and professional ethics amongst some journalists. She lambasted tabloid writers who have vilified Sushant Singh Rajput with adjectives such as ‘psychotic’, ‘neurotic’, and ‘addict’.

‘The Outpost’ Trailer is Out

The Outpost based on the deadliest battles of the Afghan War releasing on 3rd July, 2020.

The wait is finally over! The trailer for ‘The Outpost’, an upcoming war drama film about the Battle of Kamdesh has been released. The film is based on the book of the same name ‘The Outpost: An Untold Story of Amercian Valor’ by Jake Tapper.

One of the first films to return to the big screen amid the corona virus pandemic, this film was scheduled to premiere at the 2020 South by Southwest Film Festival, but the festival was cancelled due to Covid-19. Now the film is releasing just a day before America’s Independence day i.e 3rd July, 2020.

Film revolves around a battle when a small number of American soldiers at Combat Outpost Keating, a remote base in eastern Afghanistan repelled an attack from more than 300 Taliban fighters on October 3, 2009. The battle was surely won by the Americans but it came with a heavy price. No doubt, it resulted in killing of 150 enemy fighters but eight American soldiers were also killed and 27 were wounded.

The film stars Orlando Bloom, Scott Eastwood, Caleb Landry Jones, Milo Gibson, Jack Kesy and Will Attenborough. The film has been directed by Rod Lurie who himself is an Army Veteran. The screenplay is written by Paul Tamasay and Eric Johnson. The Outpost also features veterans of the battle in the film. Film will hit the theatres on 3rd July, 2020.

Filmmaker Shoojit Sircar’s latest Gulabo Sitabo stars Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana and the official trailer for the same is out.Big B and Ayushmann’s banter as landlord and tenant is too epic to miss.

The movie is about Mirza and Bankey, played by Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana, two slimy scheming foxes in a game of one-up-man-ship, each one attracting other members to their clan and each one with an agenda of his own.

Amitabh Bachchan as ‘Mirza, a 78yrs old landlord, who would move heaven and earth for his most priced possession – an old depleted mansion in the heart of Lucknow.

But this garden of roses comes with its own cluster of ‘pricky thorns’ – tenants. Amongst them most prominently, ‘Baankey’ (Ayushmann Khuranna)’ a shrewd, sly and squatted tenant, who matches Mirza bit for bit in their ceaseless bantering.

Gulabo Sitabo is a quirky slice of life where Mirza and Baankey are like Tom and Jerry – unique and unmatched, friend and foe, naughty and smart, little and large, all combine to produce chaos.

Gulabo Sitabo, the dramedy, premieres on June 12, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
