Checkout ‘Doosra’ first look Poster, Trailer out tomorrow

Keeping with the cricket fever that has caught the nation with frenzy, filmmaker Abhinay Deo is out with first look poster of his forthcoming sports drama Doosra and netizen’s are going bonkers over it.
Filmmaker Abhinay Deo took to his social media profile and dropped the first look poster for the film. He wrote, “‏A film that is very special to me. #Doosra – the story of India’s iconic 2002 victory as seen through the eyes of a young girl. Story & screenplay by my friend Agnello Dias. Executive producers Masha & Rohan Sajdeh. The first poster of the film released today and it gives a sneak peek into the multi-layered story told through the eyes of a young girl who chooses a different route for freedom.
The first look poster features cricket Captain Sourav Ganguly and his defiant young team freed the country of its inhibitions and celebrated India’s win in the NatWest Series. The film showcases the influence of this maverick cricket Captain on the young minds of the country.
The official handle of film confirmed the trailer release date, which is tomorrow. It said, “‏A story of how cricket changed India, seen through the eyes of a young girl. The original idea behind the film came from Chicago-based Executive Producers Masha and Rohan Sajdeh, which was then developed into a story and screenplay by India’s first advertising Grand Prix winner at Cannes – Agnello Dias.
Actor Plabita Borthakur (PK, Lipstick Under My Burka) and Ankur Vikal (Slumdog Millionaire) play the roles of principal characters in Doosra.
