First Turbaned Sikh At Madame Tussauds Says Diljit Dosanjh

Diljit Dosanjh unveiled his wax figure at Madame Tussauds Museum in Delhi. His wax-statue marks the first ever statue of a personality sporting a turban.
Diljit Dosanjh took to his social media profile and shared some candid pictures from the unveiling of statue. He wrote, “Aukaat Ghat Te Kirpa Zyada…Dosanjh Kalan Ton @MadameTussauds @tussaudsdelhi…Wah Maalka Terian Tu Jaaney…FIRST Turbaned SIKH to Have Wax Figure at #MadameTussauds…LOVE MY FANS”
The actor has joined the likes of Asha Bhonsle, Virat Kohli, Anil Kapoor, David Beckham, Sachin Tendulkar, Shreya Ghoshal, Sonu Nigam, Beyonce and Lady Gaga, among others to have their figures at the museum.
The ‘Udta Punjab’ actor had earlier said that amidst rising tensions between India and Pakistan, he would stand with the Indian Army and thus will reschedule the unveiling of his statue.
The actor had also previously donated Rs 300,000 to the wives of the CRPF personnel who lost their lives in the Pulwama terror attack. He had shared a snapshot of the receipt on his social media and had urged his followers to contribute to the welfare of the martyrs’ families.
On the work front, Diljit Dosanjh will next be seen in Arjun Patiala, sharing screen with Kriti Sanon and Varun Sharma in a romantic comedy film.
