Khosla Ka Ghosla famed actor Vinay Pathak expressed his grief over Irrfan Khan’s demise, said he was a gifted and talented actor, and he is devastated by his loss.
Veteran actor Irrfan Khan passed away in the wee-hours of Wednesday in Kokilaben Dhuribhai Ambani Hospital. The actor was struggling with cancer and with recent colon infection complicating his health, he took his last breath with family and friends in Mumbai.

Talking about Irrfan Khan’s demise actor Vinay Pathak got emotional and reacted, “I am very numb right now. I just got the news couple of hours ago. And I don’t know what to say, I am so devastated. It’s really heartbreaking. I can only imagine what his wife and kids must be going through. I can’t talk much, I am sorry”
On further asking about Irrfan Khan’s demise is a big loss for Bollywood industry, he said, “All these are conversations. This is someone’s personal tragedy because this news has shaken his family, his friends, and people like us who were very close to him. This we will debate after one month of what the industry has lost. In my eyes, he was one of the most gifted and talented actors of today’s time”
Irrfan’s career spanned several decades and industries. Acclaimed for his roles in Indian cinema, the actor was also involved in several international blockbusters such as Slumdog Millionaire, Jurassic World, The Amazing Spider-Man and Life of Pi.
His most famous films include his debut, the Academy Award nominated Salaam Bombay!, Maqbool (2004), Paan Singh Tomar (2011), The Lunchbox (2013), Haider (2014), Gunday (2014), Piku (2015) and Talvar (2015) and Hindi Medium (2017).
