Lyricist Prashant Ingole who is known for his notable work for the film ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and ‘Mary Kom’ has come out with a poem ‘Naadaan’. The lyricist has jotted down the poem in a very simple language. In the poem, he has targeted the people who are violating the rules of lockdown. And has also questioned the people, are they innocent to break the rules. In the end, he has urged the people to follow the lockdown rules, stay home, stay safe, and let’s fight corona.
Prashant shared a video of his poem on his Twitter handle. His poem starts with ‘Kyun sarr pe mandraa rahi maut ki talwar se tu anjaan hai. Mujhey ek baat toh bataa, kya tu sach mein naadaan hai?
Jo Lakshman rekha Kheeche hai, uske peeche gehri wajah hai koi, iss rekha ko langhne ka kyun tere bheetar ye toofan hai. Mujhey ek baat toh bataa, kya tu sach mein naadaan hai?
Bahar hawayein bhi khunkaar hai, chappe chappe karte vaar hai. Kyun inn nukili bastiyon mein tujhe baandhna apna makan hai. Mujhey ek baat toh bataa, kya tu sach mein naadaan hai?

The central government has imposed lockdown till May 3rd. But it looks as if not everyone is considering to follow the rules of lockdown.
Earlier several Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Gulzar too penned down the poems. Even their poem comprises urging people to stay home and stay safe. Apart from this they also expressed their gratitude to COVID-19 warriors.
