“Salman Khan needs to Up his Insta game” says Katrina Kaif on the sidelines of Zinda Song Launch here in Mumbai.
Salman Khan along with Katrina Kaif, Bhushan Kumar, Ali Abbas Zafar, Atul Agnihotri was interacting with media on the sidelines of Zinda Song launch here in Mumbai.
Social media plays an important tool among co-stars and fans, but when asked why Katrina Kaif doesn’t like any of Salman Khan’s post on social media, the actress had a poignant reply.
She said, “You know it is not intentional but now that you say it, I am thinking about it, I think he needs to up his Insta-Game. But I will be more attentive from here onwards.”
Katrina Kaif will be seen playing different avatars, age wise, in the film and says huge amount of hard work has gone in to get the time and essence right.
She said, “I count this as one of my best character I have gotten a chance to play so far. She is support to Bharat’s character throughout the film. So her journey also continues on with him in the film, so there was a lot of work. I won’t go into too much of detail now because I think there are some surprises we want to save for the film”
“There is a huge amount of work which has gone into every era of the film. Each time and each year, as we are showing the years go ahead, to get that look right, to get the essence of that time right, and making the character as believable as possible, so which I don’t we have spared no effort and no stone unturned to try and do the best we could” added Katrina.
The film also stars Tabu, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, and Jackie Shroff. It traces India’s post-independence history from the perspective of a common man, and follows his life from the age of 18 to 70.
Bharat is written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. It is jointly produced banners Reel Life Productions, Salman Khan Films and T-Series. It is slated for 5th June 2019 release.
