Actress Shilpa Shetty is a complete fitness freak. She is known for her amazing body and flawless look. The actor who is an avid yoga practitioner launched her latest special yoga program for 50 years old.
The ‘Dhadkan’ actor took to her Instagram handle and shared some yoga poses. Shilpa believes that people’s bodies react differently at the age of 50 as compared to 40. She realized this while living with her mom and mother-in-law amid lockdown.
Shilpa sharing a short video on Instagram wrote, “Living with my mom and mother-in-law in this lockdown, I’ve realised that bodies react differently to stress and physical activity after 50, than they do at 40. As we reach and cross a certain age, our bodies demand activities that help us stay active and agile especially now they need that extra ‘care’. Hence, I decided to launch my latest program for 50 year olds and above on the @shilpashettyapp: ‘20-minute Yoga for Joint Pain’ & ‘10-minute Yoga for Back Pain’. These are designed to help improve blood circulation and flexibility, reduce joint pain, and condition the spine to improve body posture. Stay fit and active even while you’re at home.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shilpa will be seen in ’Hungama 2’. It is a comedy film directed by Priyadarshan and jointly produced by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, Chetan Jain and Armaan Ventures. A spiritual successor to the 2003 film ‘Hungama’.
The film also stars Paresh Rawal, Meezaan Jaffrey, and Pranitha Subhash. ‘Hungama 2’ marks the comeback of director Priyadarshan to Bollywood films after seven years. The principal photography commenced on 8 January 2020 in Mumbai.
