Aao Milo Shilo Shaalo With Aparshakti Khurrana And Ayushmann Khurrana

Childhood games are so memorable! Maybe a paper game or a tongue twister game, every game provides pleasure and embodies excitement. Khurrana brothers getting nostalgic shared their favorite childhood game on Instagram.

Aparshakti shared a video of him playing the childhood game of ‘Aao Milo Shilo Shaalo’ with his older brother Ayushmann. In the video the excitement and energy of the Khurrana’s will surely remind your childhood.  No doubt both the brothers share a great bonding and have their own fan following.

Along with the video Aparshakti captioned his Instagram feed, “If Aao Milo Shilo Shaalo was one of the categories of Olympic Games… Inn 2 ladkon ka medal pakka tha. PS – some people call it Aao Milo Shilo Shaalo in bachpan but we always called it Aam Lelo Selam Saali @ayushmannk @tahirakashyap.

The film is directed by ‘Piku’ fame Shoojit Sircar and written by Juhi Chaturvedi. It has been produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar. The film was digitally released on Amazon Prime Video on June 12.

Aparshakti will next be seen in Helmet which is being directed by Satram Ramani.

Arshad Warsi Takes The Gulabo Sitabo Tongue Twister Challenge

Like most other Bollywood celebrities, actor Arshad Warsi also took up the ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ tongue twister challenge and nails it with excitement.

Earlier, lead actors of the film Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana had challenged the actors, on Instagram, to repeat the tongue twister five times. The tongue twister: ‘Gulabo ki khatar-patar se titar-bitar sitabo, sitabo ke agar-magar se uthal-puthal gulabo,’ reflects the funny and unique camaraderie of their characters in the film.

The Munna Bhai actor Arshad Warsi posted a video of his ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ tongue twister challenge on social media. He captioned it, “Do watch #gulabositabo on #amazonprimemovies”

As the video began, Arshad is seen repeating the tongue twister only to get right and eventually he gets it right, his level of excitement is too cute for words!

Shoojit Sircar’s ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ released today on Amazon Prime Video, amidst positive nods from netizens.

On the work front, Arshad is currently enjoying the success of Asur, a crime thriller web series directed by Oni Sen and produced by Tanveer Bookwala (Ding Entertainment) for the video on demand platform Voot.

Set in the backdrop of the mystical city of Varanasi, Asur follows Nikhil Nair (Barun Sobti), a forensic-expert-turned-teacher, who returns to his roots at the Central Bureau of Investigation, and along with his former mentor (Arshad Warsi) Dhananjay Rajpoot, finds himself caught in a cat-and-mouse game with a brutal serial killer.

Team Shakuntala Devi Takes The Gulabo Sitabo Tongue Twister Challenge

The Gulabo Sitabo Tongue Twister Challenge has turned into a rage among celebrities, now team Shakuntala Devi – Vidya Balan and Sanya Malhotra has accepted the challenge and shared videos on their social media profiles.

The challenge, started by lead actors of the film Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana, is to certain dialogue from the film five times, without a break.

The tongue twister: ‘Gulabo ki khatar-patar se titar-bitar sitabo, sitabo ke agar-magar se uthal-puthal gulabo,’ reflects the funny and unique camaraderie of the main characters of the film portrayed by Bachchan and Khurrana.

Vidya Balan captioned the video, “Mazaa aa gaya @nehadhupia… Congratulations and Best Wishes for #GulaboSitabo Mr. @amitabhbachchan @ayushmannk @shoojitsircar @vijayraazofficial @juhic3…#gibosiboonprime. Vidya shot the video sitting in a breezy picturesque terrace. Though she almost lost the grip over the tongue twister in the video, she finished the challenge perfectly with a bright smile.

Actress Sanya Malhotra was seen messing up several times only to get it right in the last two takes.  She captioned it, “Ab apki baari @balanvidya @fatimasanashaikh @radhikamadan Pheww! Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the film is a quirky comedy happens to be the first collaboration between Khurrana and Bachchan. The film is scheduled to premiere on the online video streaming platform Amazon Prime Video on June 12.

As for Shakuntala Devi, the upcoming biographical film directed and written by Anu Menon stars Vidya Balan as Shakuntala Devi, along with Jisshu Sengupta, Sanya Malhotra and Amit Sadh.

The film will stream worldwide on Prime Video.

Gulabo Sitabo Will Release In 200 Countries

Filmmaker Shoojit Sircar’s ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ which releases on Amazon Prime Video Today, will stream in 200 countries in 15 different languages, making it first of its kind premiere for a Indian commercial drama.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh made the announcement about the Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana starrer on social media. He tweeted last night, “#GulaboSitabo will premiere in 200 countries, with subtitles in 15 languages: #Arabic, #Russian, #Polish, #German, #French, #Spanish, #Italian, #Portuguese, #Indonesian, #Malay, #Korean, #Greek, #Hebrew, #Turkish and #English… Premieres tomorrow on #Amazon”.

The quirky comedy will see Khurrana sharing screen space with the megastar for the first time. The film was slated to hit the screens on April 17 but was deferred because of coronavirus crisis and will now release directly on Amazon Prime Video tomorrow.

Apart from Gulabo Sitabo, Amazon Prime India has also lined-up Shakuntala Devi for digital release.

Shakuntala Devi, the upcoming biographical film directed and written by Anu Menon stars Vidya Balan as Shakuntala Devi, along with Jisshu Sengupta, Sanya Malhotra and Amit Sadh. The film will stream worldwide on Prime Video.

The quirky comedy which marks Khurrana’s first film with Amitabh Bachchan was slated to hit the screens on April 17 but could not see the light of the day owing to the shuttering of cinema theatres due to COVID-19 lockdown.

Meanwhile on the work front, Vikrant was last seen in Chhapaak with Deepika Padukone. The actor has Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare, Yaar Jigri, Ginny Weds Sunny        and Haseen Dillruba in his kitty.

Ginny Weds Sunny is a romantic comedy film directed by debutant Puneet Khanna and produced by Vinod Bachchan, also starring Yami Gautam.

Haseen Dillruba is a mystery thriller helmed by Vinil Mathew and produced by Aanand L. Rai and Himanshu Sharma under the banner Colour Yellow Productions. The film also stars Taapsee Pannu, Hansika Motwani and Harshvardhan Rane.

Be it a release in the theatres or over the OTT platforms, the whole cast and crew of the film remains nervous and excited before the release of their film. ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ is all set for its premiere on Amazon Prime on 12th June, 2020 and prior to it, the team is doing its best to promote the film. Starring thespian Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana, ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ is a story of eponymous glove puppet characters, Gulabo and Sitabo who reside in Uttar Pradesh.

It is a story full of local humour and songs depicting day to day struggle of a common man. Film is directed by ‘Piku’ fame Shoojit Sircar and written by Juhi Chaturvedi. It has been produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar.

Karan Johar takes the ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ tongue twister challenge!

‘Gulabo Sitabo’ is all set to have a digital release on 12 June, 2020 on Amazon Prime Video and since the stars cannot go out for its promotion, they have started promoting it on social media. Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan introduced a tongue twister challenge yesterday as a part of the film promotion, post which Ayushmann Khurrana nailed it and he further nominated other stars to take part in it. Director Producer Karan Johar tried to take the challenge but we must say he failed in it miserably!

Trying his luck at the tongue twister KJo also wished the team good luck for their upcoming film. He wrote, “My dear @ayushmannk I have accepted your challenge and i have to say I am terrible at it! My apologies!!! All the best for #gulabositabo can’t wait to see it!! Meet The Joker Aka Ayushmann Khurrana

After taking the internet with his professor avatar from The Heist, actor Ayushmann Khurrana is making headlines again with his ‘Joker’ avatar.

Artist Swapnil Pawar transformed Khurrana into the ‘Joker’ through his artwork which the actor posted on his Instagram.

Khurrana quoted a famous dialogue from Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Dark Knight’ in the caption.

The captioned read, “Do I really look like a guy with a plan? You know what I am? I’m a dog chasing cars. I wouldn’t know what to do with one if I caught it … I’m an Agent of Chaos!” – Sinister, menacing, evil, cold, conniving yet brilliant, genius – have always thought of playing a negative character like Joker. Ayushmann hasn’t played an outright negative role in his career further revealed his fascination for negative characters in the caption. The new look of the ‘Article 15’ actor won hearts as the post was flooded with scores of comments from his fans.

Meanwhile on the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana will be next seen in Gulabo Sitabo, also starring Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role.

Today is World Environment Day, many celebrities have joined the campaign #OneWishForTheEarth initiated by Bhumi Pednekar including actor Ayushmann Khurrana.

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana took to his social media handle. He shared a video and expressed his wish for the earth would be to save water. The ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ actor has urged people to do their bit and save water as it is a vital resource.

Actress Bhumi Pednekar started the campaign #OneWishForTheEarth. In the course of lockdown, the actor has become a Climate Warrior. She has kick-started with a campaign ‘OneWishForTheEarth’.
