Amid COVID-19 Lockdown everybody is cautious and maintaining social distancing. Owing to the current restrictions everyone is in house arrest. But Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan in spite of this started shooting for the upcoming popular quiz show KBC (Kaun Banega Crorepati). Now Big B seems to be anxious about being judged for breaking social distancing rules. Justifying himself in his blog, he specified that the shoot was done with essential precautionary measures.
He wrote, “So yes I worked .. got a problem with that .. keep it to yourself then .. damned if you pour it out here in this locked in condition .. sufficient precaution as much that could be taken was taken .. and what had been scheduled for 2 days , was completed in one day .. starting 6pm .. ending a short while NOW … !!”
Viewers to their surprises are speculating in what means the quiz show would be shot this year, as the situation doesn’t permit to do so. Big B answering on the same in his blog mentioned, “Personal gratifications to the many that ask .. and then the KBC pile of several.. in all about 10 to 12 videos and then hours of audio recordings .. also for the same , KBC .. and the speculation as to how they shall conduct it .. there have been no definite answers for that .. but the authority hopes well and long .. so ..”
Bachchan though having a Hamstring pain completed his KBC two days shoot in one day. This shows that Big B cannot stay away from work. To express on the same he tweeted early on Wednesday, “Just back from work .. hamstring be damned .. social messaging videos .. acknowledging the ”angels” videos .. giving commendation to them that work so we exist .. and the invitations to the new season of KBC .. The show goes on ..heavy in heart , to all,”.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in ‘Gulabo Sitabo’. It is a quirky family-comedy, helmed by Shoojit Sircar. The movie also stars Ayushmann Khurrana along with Amitabh Bachchan in the lead roles. The movie has its screenplay written by Juhi Chatturvedi. Gulabo Sitabo will be produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar.
Due to coronavirus pandemic, the movie release date is still not finalized.
