Checkout Meezaan and Sharmin Segal in Zara Suno from Malaal

After two massively popular and foot-tapping Aila Re and Udhal Ho, the makers of Malaal are out with a soothing romantic track titled Zara Suno.
The handle of Bhansali Productions dropped the song on social media. They captioned it, “Pahonchegi inke dil ki dhun, aapke dil tak…#ZaraSuno Out Now! #SLB @TSeries @sharminsegal @meezaanj @HadawaleMangesh @itsBhushanKumar #Malaal”
The film’s new song, “Zara Suno” is a romantic number with the lovely vocals of Rutvik Talashilkar and Aanandi Joshi. Song is a perfect love ballad and work well for the film. The song has been composed by Shail Hada and the lyrics have been penned by Vimal Kashyap.
The song features the budding romance between Meezaan and Sharmin’s characters who initially start off on a rough note but soon fall for each other.
The film follows a contemporary love story between Astha and Shiva (played by debutants Sharmin Segal and Meezaan Jaffrey), who are from contrasting backgrounds and live in a Mumbai chawl.
Malaal is an upcoming romantic drama film written and directed by Mangesh Hadawale in his Hindi directorial debut. It is produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Mahaveer Jain and Krishan Kumar.
The background music of Malaal was influenced by local Marathi music. The music of the film is composed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Shreyas Puranik and Shail Hada and lyrics written by Prashant Ingole, Vimal Kashyab and A.M Turaz.
It is scheduled for theatrical release in India on 5 July 2019.

​Meezaan and Sharmin Segal looks adorable in ‘Zara Suno’ First Look

The maker drops the first look poster of third song Zara Suno from forthcoming romantic drama Malaal, starring debutante Meezaan and Sharmin Segal.
The handle of Bhansali Productions shared the first look and confirmed the release date of the third song, which is tomorrow. They captioned it, “‏Ab #ZaraSuno inke pyaar ki dhadkan…Song Out Tomorrow! #SLB @TSeries @sharminsegal @meezaanj @HadawaleMangesh @itsBhushanKumar #Malaal”
Earlier makers dropped Aila Re and Udhal Ho, which were widely appreciated by the fans. The third song is titled Zara Suno featuring Meezaan and Sharmin, who looks adorable and pretty much in love on the first look.

​Assistant Direction Paved Way For Acting Says Sharmin Segal

From assisting Sanjay Leela Bhansali on the sets of Bajirao Mastani to making her debut as an actor in forthcoming Malaal, actress Sharmin Segal says assistance direction paved way for her acting.
Sharmin Segal and Meezaan, debutante of Malaal, hosted a press meet for Udal Ho song launch here in Mumbai.
Talking about ‘assistant direction to acting debut’ actress Sharmin said, “From assisting to acting, well first I lost some weight, than I joined an acting school and after finishing it, I came back to Mumbai. On my return Sanjay Leela Bhansali introduced me to Mangesh”
“When I was assisting in the films, I knew I want to be an actress. So I think I had decided my journey during that time. All I had to do was work hard as an actor”
“During my assistance days, I got to learn a lot from some of the biggest stars. When you’re on sets, and big names like Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, and Deepika Padukone, are working in front of you, I got learn a lot from them. Even for that matter, watching Sanjay Leela interacting and working with actor taught me many things. Being an assistance director played a huge part in being an actor, for me” added Sharmin.
The Malaal trailer and songs has been getting mixed responses, some people raising the flags of nepotism and some are appreciating the hard work of the newcomers.
Talking about feedbacks (negative/positive) Sharmin added, “Positive and negative criticism will always be there, whether on trailer or movie or songs, I think we should pay attention to both the criticism and take what we need, and move forward and work hard.”
Malaal is written and directed by Mangesh Hadawale, it marks his Hindi directorial debut. It is produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Mahaveer Jain and Krishan Kumar.
It is scheduled for theatrical release in India on 5 July 2019.

Check Out Meezaan And Sharmin Segal in Udhal Ho from Malaal

After hit number “Aila Re” the makers of Malaal are out with second song, Udhal Ho, which is festive number featuring Meezaan and Sharmin.
The official handle of Bhansali Productions dropped the song on social media. They captioned it, “Their love will make you dance on the beats of THIS dhamaal celebration…#UdhalHoOutNow! #SLB @TSeries @meezaanj @sharminsegal @adarsh_shinde #ShreyasPuranik @PrashantIngole1 @HadawaleMangesh @itsBhushanKumar”
‘Udhal Ho’, a new song from the upcoming film Malaal was recently shared by the makers. The song features the film’s lead actors, Meezaan and Sharmin Segal, shaking a leg at Ganesh Chaturthi festivities in traditional outfits.
The second video song ‘Udhal Ho’ from ‘Malaal’ in crooned by Adarsh Shinde and Music by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Lyrics by Prashant Ingole. The earlier released hit number ‘Aila Re’ was crooned by Vishal Dadlani.
Malaal is the story of Shiva and Astha, two very different people from contrasting backgrounds who experience the innocence of love. The film is helmed by Mangesh Hadawale, who made his directorial debut in 2008 with Marathi film Tingya.
The film has been produced by Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Mahaveer Jain and Krishan Kumar.
Malaal is scheduled to hit theatres on 28 June.
