Arjun Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh are paired for the first time in a family entertainer Sardar Ka Grandson, and the duo just dropped a quirky and funny video, trying different names to kick-starts a hashtag, and apparently they have settled on RAKUUN.

Actor Arjun Kapoor just took to his social media and dropped the promotional video. He captioned it, “#RAKUUN…Humko lagta hai ki hum #RAKUUN hai! Apko kya lagta hai? Video dekhiye aur Bataiye! Something we shot when promotions weren’t about being virtual. @rakulpreet sending you virtual hugs”

In the video, Arjun Kapoor starts the conversation by claiming that Rakul Preet’s dream of working with him as come true and then starts discussing possible hastag, which is a combination of their respective names.

The film also stars Neena Gupta, Soni Razdan and Divya Seth in the pivotal roles.

The film revolves around Neena Gupta who wants to see her ancestral home in Pakistan. She wants her grandson to take her there. Arjun, who is essaying the role of grandson, decides to fulfill his grandmother’s wish. He gives all his efforts but is denied a visa. However, he then decides to bring the ancestral home to Amritsar.

The film will be releasing on May 18, 2021 on Netflix.

After unveiling the first look, the makers are out with an official trailer of an important and poignant drama based on bullying in school, titled Noblemen. The film stars Kunal Kapoor, Ali Haji, Mohammad Ali Mir, Muskaan Jaferi, Shaan Grover and Soni Razdan in the leading roles.
The film is bankrolled by Yoodlee Films and directed by Vandana Kataria. The maker also confirms the release date of the film.

The film narrates the story of a 15-year-old boy, struggling with his adolescent years, who is terrorized by a gang of bullies in a posh boarding school. This sets forth a chain of events that leads to a loss of life and innocence.
Kunal Kapoor essays the role of a charismatic drama teacher in a prestigious boarding school. He uses unique and unconventional ways of teaching theatre to his students.
The film is backed by Yoodlee Films, a production venture of Saregama. The film is a thematic representation of “The Merchant of Venice”.
The film will have a theatrical release on 28th June 2019.
