“Terrorism is unnecessary and uncalled for” says Jacqueline Fernandez

Sri Lanka born Indian actress Jacqueline Fernandez says that terrorism is destroying lives and in this day and age, it is unnecessary and uncalled for, on the sideline of social event yesterday.
Sri Lanka Tourism yesterday kicked off the post-Easter Sunday attacks special promotion to woo Indian tourists.
The Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB) along with the Sri Lanka Association of Inbound Tour Operators (SLAITO) and SriLankan Airlines unveiled a total of 15 special promotional packages to Indian travel trade in Mumbai with a guest appearance by Sri Lankan-born Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez.
Talking about the terrorist bombing which took so many lives in Sri Lanka, Jacqueline Fernandez said, “I think when sudden incidences like this happens, for example, what happened in Sri Lanka, people should only be learning that terrorism is something that cannot be tolerated anymore. In this day and age, terrorism is destroying lives, countries, taking away innocent children’s’ and peoples; it is completely unnecessary and uncalled for”
“It is something that we don’t want. I mean people are suffering and people are dying. Why would we want to bring that on? So I just hope that people must learn from such an incident and that they understand the pain that it causes and the impact it causes on the country…Unity is something which can help terrorism because there main objective is to divide and conquer” she added.
Post Sri Lankan bombing the influx of Indian Tourist to the country took a drastic dip. The special promotion is aimed to attract Indian Tourism.
Meanwhile on the work front, Jacqueline Fernandez will soon be making her digital debut with Mrs. Serial Killer.
An upcoming Netflix original film, Mrs Serial Killer, is helmed by Shirish Kunder, who is best known for his critical and commercial film Joker, which starred Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha.
