Actor Vivek Oberoi clocks 17 years in Indian Film Industry and expressed his gratitude towards fans for the love and support on his social media profile.
Vivek Oberoi made his Hindi film debut with Arvind Khoja and Ram Gopal Varma’s super-hit Company (2002). His performance earned him several awards including the Filmfare Awards for Best Male Debut and Best Supporting Actor.
Vivek Anand Oberoi took to his social media profile and shared a small video from his acting debut film Company and wrote, “17 years, 45 films and a million memories! Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart for all the love and for making my journey so incredible. Couldn’t have done it without all your prayers and support! Hope and aim to always bring a smile on your faces make you proud!”
Vivek achieved wider success for his performances in the 2002 romantic drama Saathiya, the 2004 comedy Masti, the 2005 natural horror Kaal and the 2007 biographical action Shootout at Lokhandwala.
Currently the actor Vivek is making headlines with his latest film based on PM Narendra Modi, which has sparked many controversies. The Election Commission has put on ban on film’s release due to Lok Sabha Election.
PM Narendra Modi is an upcoming biographical film directed by Omung Kumar and jointly produced by Suresh Oberoi, Sandip Ssingh, and Anand Pandit. The film is based on the life of Narendra Modi, the 14th Prime Minister of India; starring Vivek Oberoi in the lead role who is also credited as co-writer of the film.
The film will release in 23 different languages post election.
